About Esapekka

Finland's Esapekka Lappi, from Pieksämäki, won the 2014 European Rally Championship and 2016 WRC-2 title with Škoda. He took a breakthrough WRC win on home soil in Finland in 2017 for Toyota and won Rally Sweden for Hyundai in 2024. After a part-time Hyundai programme in 2026, he announced his retirement from rallying.
