About David

Chicago's David Malukas was 2021 Indy Lights runner-up before graduating to IndyCar with Dale Coyne Racing and HMD. Stints with Meyer Shank and A.J. Foyt led to a Team Penske seat for 2026, when he took his first pole at Phoenix, finished fifth overall and lost the Indy 500 by 0.0233 seconds, his second straight runner-up there.
