Terms and community rules

1. Who we are

DriveParc (driveparc.co.uk) is an independent motorsport guide run from England. Contact: hello@driveparc.co.uk.

2. Your account

• You must be 13 or older to make an account. If you are under 18, check with a parent or guardian first.
• One person, one account. Don't pretend to be someone else, including drivers, teams or brands.
• You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe.
• You can download your data or delete your account at any time from Profile settings.

3. Community rules

Comments, reactions, profiles, photos and posts must not include:

• Abuse, harassment, threats, hate or discrimination of any kind, aimed at anyone, including drivers, riders, teams and other fans.
• Sexual content, violence or anything unsuitable for younger fans.
• Spam, scams, repeated self-promotion, or links to unofficial or illegal streams and counterfeit goods.
• Other people's private information, or photos you don't have the right to use.
• Automated or bot activity. Accounts must be run by a person.

Disagreeing and banter are fine. Be the fan you'd want next to you in the grandstand.

4. What DriveParc can do

To keep DriveParc safe, we reserve the right, at our discretion and with or without notice, to:

• Remove or hide any comment, post, photo, profile text or reaction.
• Restrict an account, so it can still sign in and browse but can't comment, react, post, upload or follow.
• Suspend or ban an account, which signs it out everywhere and stops it signing in again.
• Appoint moderators who can take these actions on our behalf.
• Limit how often anyone can post, to stop spam and bots.

Comments that several members report are hidden automatically until a moderator reviews them. We keep a log of moderation actions. If you think we got it wrong, email us and we'll take another look.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give DriveParc permission to show it on the site and to remove it. Only post things you have the right to share.

6. Shopping and links

DriveParc doesn't sell anything itself. Purchases happen on the shop's own site under its terms. Some links earn us a commission (see how we make money). Prices, availability and broadcast details can change, so check with the shop or broadcaster before you buy.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep information accurate but can't guarantee it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is significant we'll tell signed-in members. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
